We often spend a lot of time thinking about what we should do to reach our goals but we often forget the conditions, which can set us up for failure or success.

  • Which time of the day do certain tasks come easier to you than others?
  • What happened before particularly productive sessions?
  • When was your last meal?

Skills and willpower are important but understanding the conditions which enable you to succeed is vital.
