However if that macho-infused combat motto has not done it for you you might consider the opposite. Sometimes if we want to do something daily we have to leave some room to be human. There are going to be sessions which are great and energizing and others where all we can muster is half-assery. Some people succeed if they plead to give 80% effort instead of trying to set a new record every time they practice.
